Takamine Santa Fe ESF-40C Electro-Acoustic - Secondhand

Take home a beautifully crafted Japanese-made vintage Takamine with a scaled-down jumbo NEX body and an exceptionally balanced, responsive voice. Although constructed in November 1993 (S/N 93112077), this Takamine is in great condition.

The solid cedar top, paired with a solid sapele back and sides, produces a rich, warm tone with plenty of depth and immediate response, making it particularly well suited to fingerstyle playing, vocals, and intimate acoustic performances.

Factory fitted with Takamine's CT-4BII pickup system, the ESF-40C is equally at home plugged in, retaining its natural character when amplified. It features a mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard and bridge, gold Takamine tuners with ornate celluloid buttons, and a distinctive turquoise eagle 12th-fret inlay.

Finished in a natural aesthetic, this is a particularly characterful and responsive example of Takamine's Japanese-made craftsmanship. Supplied with its original HC-500 hard case.
