The Line 6 DL4 MkII Delay Pedal lets you explore a world of sonic possibilities with 30 distinct delay models that are fully customisable, combining the original DL4 favourites with 15 new effects inspired by the Line 6 HX family. Its controls are intuitive, and you can easily navigate between models using the selector knob and access additional parameters to shape your ideal sound.

Easily adjust repeat speed and timing with the dedicated controls, or use the Tap footswitch to match your delay to your performance tempo. For even more tonal flexibility, hold the Alt/Legacy button while turning the selector knob to access the pedal's hidden reverb settings.

You can also switch between the original DL4 and MkII operating modes using the Legacy function, giving you access to familiar sounds alongside an expanded range of effects.

Powerful Looping for Practice and Performance

The DL4 MkII features both four-switch and one-switch looper modes, providing flexible options for creating layered performances, building musical ideas and practising over recorded parts. Connect an optional expression pedal or up to two external footswitches via the dedicated jack to customise your performance controls. MIDI In and Out/Thru connections provide further integration with MIDI-compatible equipment, making the pedal suitable for complex live setups and studio workflows.

Three selectable bypass options — true bypass, buffered bypass and DSP bypass — let you choose how the pedal interacts with your signal chain. True and buffered bypass modes maintain an analogue signal path when the effects are bypassed, while DSP bypass provides an alternative switching option.
