It also allows you to stream tracks via rekordbox StreamingDirectPlay using supported services, including Apple Music, Beatport Streaming, and TIDAL. If traditional media is more your bag, USB playback is also available, giving you the flexibility to tailor your performance.

Signing in to your account takes seconds using either a QR code or NFC in the rekordbox mobile app, instantly loading your playlists, preferences, and library.

You can also edit your playlists directly from the player, allowing you to organise your music without using your laptop. It also has dark and light display modes that let you tailor the screen to your lighting conditions.

Interactive Performance

The CDJ-1500X introduces support for CoBeat, allowing DJs to interact with audiences in a completely new way. This system allows the audience to scan a QR code to browse selected tracks, request songs, and message that appear directly on to the player during your set.

Live emoji reactions provide a simple way to gauge your crowd's response through your connected smartphone. For DJs who prefer a traditional workflow, CoBeat can be disabled at any time.

Performance controls include eight Hot Cue buttons along with Beat Loop, Beat Jump, and Beat Sync, while the responsive jog wheel handles scratching and beatmatching, enhancing your performance.
